What still lives on classic screens is the edge, not the loop — payroll and statutory filing stay deliberately human — and nothing is being taken away: every classic screen remains for the work you would rather do by hand.
Your AI reads every part of your books, and it can file drafts — bills, invoices, quotes, credit and debit notes, expenses, receipts and adjusting journals. It can import a bank statement and propose a category for each row. It can stage a whole migration: chart of accounts, contacts, opening balances, old documents. It can never post. Every line is posted by you in Taokeh.
Nothing connects until you approve access on a consent screen — read or read+drafts scopes, your choice. Only admin and bookkeeper seats can connect or use it; sales and viewer seats never can. No assistant gets in on its own.

Bring your own AI. Taokeh is the books it works against. Most “AI accounting software” means a feature bolted inside the app — a chatbot, a smart search box, an auto-categoriser.
