Taokeh is Malaysian accounting software with a practice side for accountants and bookkeepers. One sign-in opens every client company you work on. You can register a client’s company yourself, set up the books, and email the owner a link to take it over. One dashboard shows what is waiting in each client’s books.
All of this comes with a free accountant sign-in. The sign-in itself has no company, no books and no bill. Each client company pays for its own Taokeh plan.
Each client company you work on sits under the same Taokeh sign-in, up to 50 of them, and you switch between them without signing out. One password covers all of them.
Type the company name and the owner’s email. Taokeh creates the company with you as owner, so you can set up the books before the owner arrives, and emails them a link to claim it. When they accept, the company is theirs and you keep an admin seat they control.
One row per client: bank lines waiting to be dealt with, drafts waiting for approval, transactions this month, the last day anyone worked in the books, SST registration and e-Invoice consolidation status. The dashboard only reads. You open a company from its row to work in it.
Invite staff by email. Each person joins with their own sign-in, and only after accepting the invitation. When someone leaves, one action removes their access to every client company your practice works on and reports the result company by company. Name a replacement and they are invited to the same companies.
A client gives your practice access from inside their own company, and can end it from their Users page at any time without asking you.
From Practice billing, tick the companies and plans you are paying for and settle them in one payment. Each client’s term is extended and the client is not charged. Payroll staff and AI credit packs stay on the client’s own billing page, where they can see the quantity.
Every client company is on its own plan: RM45 a month for the base plan, or RM450 a year. The owner can pay it, or your practice can. When your practice pays, it pays list price. There is no partner tier and no volume discount, so a client can check what the software costs on our pricing page.
A company you register starts on the ordinary 14-day free trial: the base plan in full, plus the Ask Taokeh connector. Add-ons stay à la carte.
The Ask Taokeh connector links your own AI assistant to a client’s books. Each connection is bound to one company and reads only that company. It is an add-on, RM29 a month per company.
Photograph a client’s receipts and bills. Taokeh reads the vendor, date and lines into drafts for you to check and approve.
"Which invoices are overdue?" "What did this client spend on fuel in August?" Ask your own AI assistant in plain language and it reads the answer from that company’s live books.
The AI reads freely but never posts. Everything it drafts waits for a person to approve it before it reaches the ledger.
No. The accountant sign-up creates a Taokeh sign-in and nothing else: no company, no books, no trial and no bill. You confirm your email with a code, then set up your practice, invite your team and register client companies.
You do, until the owner claims it. Taokeh emails the owner a claim link that works once and expires after 7 days; you can resend or cancel it from your practice page. When the owner accepts, ownership moves to them and you keep an admin seat, which they can manage from their Users page.
Send them an access link from your practice page. They accept it from inside their own company, and your practice can then work on those books. They can end that access from their Users page whenever they choose.
Either the owner or your practice. The owner pays on their own billing page. Your practice can pay for several clients in one checkout from Practice billing, at list price, monthly or yearly where the plan has a yearly price. If both pay, the terms add up. Payroll staff and AI credit packs are bought on the client’s own billing page.
No. Every company is sold at list price, and the practice side itself costs nothing. You set your own fees for your service.
